As a way to cope with exam stress during my busy revision
period, I managed to find time for my mum and dad to treat me to an amazing
juicy steak at Miller & Carter. My friend works there, so it has become a
regular restaurant choice but it never gets old and it is always yummy!
If you visit Birmingham, Miller & Carter is a must to
visit. The Mailbox in Birmingham has the best restaurants and my boyfriend and
I have worked our way around most of them now but they are all worth a second
visit – or a third or fourth!
I always opt for the fillet steak – well done (which never
goes down too well but that’s the way I like it)! The steaks all come with an
onion loaf (which is not gluten free – just to let you know), a heap of chips
and the tasty iceberg lettuce wedge! The dressing I always choose for the wedge is the garlic
& chive mayonnaise with Parmesan – definitely not the best for the breath
when you have a long day ahead of you I must admit, but it is amazing!
Miller & Carter is a steakhouse but there are plenty of
other options for everyone, but most of the time you cannot beat a good steak
and this is the place to go - thank you mum and dad!
